  • 15 g Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes

    • Place whole potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
    • Add salt to season the water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    • Reduce to a simmer and cook until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
    • Drain and allow to steam dry for a few minutes.
  2. Make the Spiced Oil

    • Combine cinnamon, cumin seeds, turmeric, and black pepper in a small bowl.
    • Whisk in olive oil until fully incorporated.
    • Stir in tomato sauce and season with salt.
  3. Bake the Potatoes

    • Place cooked potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
