Instructions

    • Separate small florets.
    • Toss ribbons and florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Prepare Pesto

    • Combine fresh basil leaves, dry roasted salted pistachios, yeast extract spread, and olive oil in a food processor.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Add fresh lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt.
    • Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Season Farinata Batter

    • Slide farinata onto a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Assemble Dish

    • Top with roasted broccoli, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced artichokes, and drained capers.
