Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta

    • Cook the pasta until al dente, following package instructions.
    • Reserve some pasta water and drain the pasta.
  2. Infuse Oil with Garlic

    • Add sliced garlic and cayenne pepper, stirring frequently until garlic is golden.
  3. Build the Sauce Base
