Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes

    • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
    • Slice potatoes into thin matchsticks and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
    • Drain, rinse twice, and pat dry.
  2. Season and Bake Potatoes
