Instructions

  1. Prepare Pasta Water

    • Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt.
    • Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Cook the Pasta

    • Add the pasta to the boiling water.
    • Cook until al dente, 30 seconds less than package instructions.
    • Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. Prepare Aromatics and Garnishes

    • Mince garlic and ginger finely.
    • Thinly slice scallions, separating green tops for garnish.
    • Soak green tops in cold water.
    • Chop cilantro stems finely and set aside leaves for garnish.
  4. Make the Sauce

    • Stir until smooth.
  5. Toast Sesame Seeds
