Instructions

  1. Prepare the Aromatics

    • Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic.
    • Peel and grate the ginger root. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Base

    • Heat sesame oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
    • Add the diced onion with a pinch of salt and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
    • Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
