Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetarian Meatballs

    • Break vegetarian fillets into small portions, roughly walnut-sized.
    • Roll each portion into a ball.
    • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
    • Set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook whole wheat pasta until al dente.
    • Reserve half of the pasta cooking water.
    • Drain the pasta.
  3. Sauté the Garlic

  7. Add Fresh Herbs and Final Touches
