Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice

    • Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
    • Spread it out on a large tray to cool completely.
  2. Boil the Eggs

    • Transfer the eggs to ice water, peel, and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables

  4. Make the Avocado Dressing
