Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    • Mince the garlic.
    • Slice the scallions, separating white parts from green tops.
    • Roughly chop the peanuts.
    • Set aside green onion tops, some sesame seeds, and a portion of peanuts for garnish.
  2. Make Chili Sauce

    • Combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
    • Stir in chili oil to taste.
    • Add most chopped peanuts and green onion tops, reserving some for garnish.
  3. Cook Noodles
